I always recommend that women and moms pick out their wardrobe first, as women tend to care more about their outfits than the rest of the family. What colors or pattens work best for womens summer dresses in family pictures?
During the spring months I recommend softer colors, pastels, neutrals, etc.
I loves whites, creams, sage green, pale blues, soft yellows, and pinks. Fresh spring foliage and flowers tend to be a brighter green than those summer leaves, so the softer colors work best. You can pick up a patterned dress for yourself or for the kids, but keep the patterns small and pull out the colors from it to pull a whole look together.
