Their Wedding : Black bear Golf Club at Crystal Springs Resort NJ Wedding

They say rain on your wedding day is a sign of good luck in your marriage and of many years of happiness together. Well Jen and Greg got a down pouring of luck and love for only their ceremony. I had the pleasure of photographing their wedding day at Black Bear Golf Club in October. I went all the way from grade school through highschool with both of them! They’ve been together for 15 years, so needless to say, this wedding has been a long time coming!

Jen got ready at Minerals Resort and Spa with her best friends group from grade school and high school! Jen now lives in Florida, so it was a reunion of sorts to have everyone all together in one spot to celebrate! The ladies had a relaxed morning together, getting their hair and makeup done while sharing some laughs in a way that only old friends can.

Around her bouquet ribbons, Jen wrapped her late mother Linda’s “L” initial necklace, to carry her with her as she walked down the aisle to the love of her life. Black Bear Golf Club at Crystal Springs Resort holds special meaning to Jen’s family, and her late mother Linda, step father Andy, and her siblings and herself all worked there for many years! Linda was a staple of light and laughter in the very spot where her daughter said her I do’s. The significance of the location did not go unnoticed by the friends and family in attendance. I heard many mentions of how much Linda was loved and adored by all within these walls.

Jen and Greg, thank you so much for having me capture your day after 15 years of dating! It was an absolute pleasure and an honor to be present on your wedding day surrounded by so many who love and adore the both of you! I wish you both 100 more years of happiness!
