SAY HELLO!
I'm thrilled you're here! Whether you're getting married or starting a family, I am here to help you document your most treasured memories. When the party is over and the kids have grown, - the memories and photographs are all that's left.
Hunter and Lindsay’s sussex county farm wedding started with Hunter getting ready at the home that Lindsay and he would share together. Which also happens to be the property where their wedding reception would be at later that day! How amazing to be having your wedding day right on the property where you will start your life together as husband and wife?!
Hunter and Lindsay wrote each other letters to ready while they were both getting ready. This is one of my favorite parts of a wedding day. if you are considering this little detail, I highly recommend it. The letters are a great way to express to one another how you’re feeling and build anticipation for the first look that will be happening soon. The letters don’t have to be read aloud either, unless you want that audio on a video. Read them to yourselves, and I will capture the moment and any show of emotions without having to know what the letter says. That can stay between the two of you.
Lindsay’s morning was spent getting ready at her Aunt’s home in Lafayette NJ which has the most incredible sun room full of beautiful light! An absolute dream! The room was full of excitement and laughter shared with the girls, moms, and sisters! Lindsay’s dress from David’s Bridal was what fairytales are made of! So beautiful and timeless! The Bridesmaids wore Birdy Grey dresses in styles they chose for themselves, a bridesmaid gown trend that I absolutely hope sticks!
Lindsay and Hunter chose to share a first look outside of their home church, Lafayette Federated. They both wanted to calm some nerves and get some of the photos done before they had their ceremony so they could enjoy their day and spend more time with their guests. They also knew that they had a lot of family photos to get through later, so a first look helped to give them some of their cocktail hour time back.
Wedding days are full of unplanned, unposed, and beautiful moments everywhere. I popped my head into the back room before the ceremony was set to begin and found Lindsay being prayed over by her Pastor and all of her closest ladies. So beautiful. These images can be given a time in the line of events if you’d like to make sure they happen and are documented. Just give your photo team the heads up!
Full circle. This is the tree where Hunter proposed to Lindsay, and the same spot where we did their Engagement Session together just the fall before and now they are married on this very property! I hope to one day be celebrating a little one on the way here too! … no pressure 😉
Congrats the the Newlyweds! Wishing you both a lifetime of health and happiness together!
