Beautiful September wedding day at The Club at Picatinny Wedding

Megan and Mike’s wedding day at Picatinny Arsenal Wedding Venue was what wedding day dreams are made of! The Club at Picatinny Arsenal was the perfect wedding venue in northern NJ to host their wedding day from getting ready in the morning all the way through the party in the evening! … and PARTY they did!! My favorite part of their day was the dancing! This crew for sure knows how to get down! What a joyful celebration of their love!

Their Love Story

“Mike and I met when working together at ShopRite. I was in high school and Mike was in college. We became good friends for years before it became romantic. So not only is he my soulmate, but my best friend! I feel so lucky that we were able to become friends first because it gave us a chance to be ourselves and really get to know each other with no pressure. We started dating when I was twenty years old and Mike was twenty-eight. He made the first move, which caught me by surprise since we were just friends for so many years. I’m so happy and lucky that he did because little did I know he was exactly what I wanted in a partner and didn’t even realize he was right in front of me the whole time!! Two years ago we moved into a condo with our two cats, Maisy and Holly, and our Siberian Husky named Sadie. “

Their perfect Date night

“Mike and I love to go to Joe’s Crab Shack and splurge when we got the chance, but haven’t been in a while due to the pandemic. On Saturdays, I work during the day and we go to Mike’s parents house for dinner and my parents house on either Friday or Sunday night for dinner. We are so busy during the week so we catch up on some family time every weekend. On occasion, we order dinner out and watch a movie if we end up staying in on the weekends.”
