Sweet baby Lachlan was born right at the start of COVID-19 here in New Jersey. Sadly, while everything was shut down, and all of the tri-state and much of the world were under lockdown. So instead of having newborn photos done, we waited… and waited… and waited some more.

Finally just as Lachlan hit one month old we could do his session. I donned a mask, scrubbed down like I was headed into surgery, and got to meet this sweet baby boy for the first time. These moments with his mama will be forever remembered and cherished. I am so glad that Mom has these, and didn’t have to miss out on documenting the arrival of her first child due to a pandemic! What a story she will have to tell him of what was going on in the world during his arrival and the months after!
